BLUFF is a free daily word game where one player sets a secret word and a single clue, and everyone else decides whether to guess or fold.
Wordle tells you what to guess. BLUFF makes you decide whether to guess at all.
Six seats, six hands, and the deal rotates so every player sets the word exactly once — you
choose the word, give the table one clue, and set the difficulty.
Folding is a legitimate move, and on the daily board a fold that nobody else could beat actually
scores.
BLUFF is a free daily word game built on poker structure rather than puzzle structure. Six players sit at a table and the button moves one seat every hand, so each player sets the secret word once per match. The setter picks a word of four, five or six letters, gives the table exactly one clue about it, and sets how hard it will be to claim. Everybody else then makes the decision the game is actually about: pay the entry for four guesses, or fold. Cracking the word in the first three beats the setter; missing it pays them. Because a person chose that word and that clue specifically to beat you, a hard hand is not bad luck — it is a read you got wrong, and walking away from it is a skill the board rewards. Everyone in the world is dealt the identical six hands each day until midnight UTC, and every score is re-computed on the server from the decisions the player made, so a score cannot be submitted, only the play that produced it.
Every other daily word game asks whether you can find the word. BLUFF asks whether you should try — and it is the only one with a fold button.
